All of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners.
Processing Time
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.
Shipping Times
After production, estimated shipping times are as follows:
• Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
• Flat-rate of ($8.95) shipping applies to orders below our free shipping threshold.
* Free shipping on orders over ($79) before tax (Canada & United States)*
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Oversized or Bulk orders may require additional shipping fees.
Multiple Packages
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Point South Co!
All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this custom process, we do not accept returns for change of mind (such as ordering the wring size or deciding you don't want the item).
What You Can Return
We will accept returns or issue refunds for items that are:
. Defective
. Damaged during shipping
. Incorrect items shipped
How to request a Return or Refund
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at (email)
2. Provide:
. Order Number
. Photo showing the issue
. Brief description of the problem
How Returns Are Handled
. We may ask you to return the item
. We may pay return shipping costs
. We will provide either:
. A replacement item, or
. A full refund to your original payment method
If a replacement is not available , we will issue a refund.
Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days after we receive the item (if required).
